3. It’s nearly impossible for you to take on new customers: It’s one thing to acquire customers but if you don’t have the systems, processes, and resources to manage them, it’s not good news for your business.

4. You are not aware of what is happening in your business: Having a broad view isn’t enough. If you don’t know who is in charge of what and the status of your projects, it will be difficult for you to manage your operations.

5. You are not aware of your profit and loss: Are you making money or losing it? If your focus is elsewhere and you either deliberately or otherwise ignore the financial condition of your business, it will be going downhill soon.

9. You have to constantly explain your way out of failed customer deliverables: This points to serious flaws in your internal systems. Customer dissatisfaction will lead to retention problems and create a negative impression among prospective customers.

10. You wake up and you don’t want to go to work: If you feel constantly exhausted and not excited to manage your responsibilities, it signals serious problems. Plus, that attitude is easily contagious. If you don’t look forward to the next day, your problems are bigger than they may seem.
